We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, our refund policy is designed to provide you with a fair and simple process for requesting a refund. Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Digital products: In general, we do not offer refunds for digital products, including game keys and downloads, due to the nature of these products. However, if you experience technical issues with a digital product that cannot be resolved, we may consider offering a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Physical products: If you receive a physical product that is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement upon receiving the returned product.
Promotional items: If you receive a promotional item that is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement upon receiving the returned item.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited back to your account. The refund will be credited to the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase.
