Downloads:

The Services may allow you to download software, including but not limited to game clients, patches, and updates (collectively, “Software”). You must use the Software in accordance with the terms of the end user license agreement accompanying such Software (the “EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA will take precedence in relation to the Software.
